How an entry gets recorded
Can you get in, what breaks once you are in, and when the answer last changed. Import rules, tariffs and where to buy are deliberately outside this register; it tracks use, not shipping. Each entry names the date it was checked, so a stale answer can be recognised as stale rather than silently believed.
